Principal Myotherapist | Sports Performance

With over a decade working in professional sport and a lifetime immersed in sport and fitness, EJ leads the RGNR8 RCVRY team as Principal Myotherapist. Holding an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and EXOS Performance and Fitness Specialist certifications, he combines elite-level clinical knowledge with strength and conditioning expertise.

EJ has worked with some of Australia’s leading professional clubs, including the Melbourne Demons (AFL, AFLW, VFL), Melbourne Victory (A-League), and Melbourne Storm (NRL). He has been part of premiership-winning seasons across all three, gaining firsthand insight into the demands of elite competition and the level of care required to keep athletes performing at their peak.

This experience shapes his unique approach: advanced myotherapy techniques, strength and conditioning principles, and cutting-edge sport science tools are integrated into every session to deliver results where they matter most. His focus is simple—keep athletes on the field, accelerate recovery, and optimise performance.

Milly Treacy

Sports Myotherapist | Performance Recovery

Milly holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) and has extensive experience across elite sport, clinical practice, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. She currently works with high-performance athletes at Collingwood Football Club (AFL, AFLW, VFL) and in the Australian Open, refining her expertise in sports recovery and rehabilitation.

Her treatments combine hands-on techniques with corrective exercise, Pilates, and functional rehab. Milly also incorporates dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisation, and sports taping to deliver tailored, outcome-focused care.

Known for her compassionate and collaborative approach, Milly’s goal is simple: reduce pain, restore movement, and empower clients to take control of their long-term health and performance.

Michael Martinovic

Remedial Therapist | Sports Performance

Marti is a Remedial Massage Therapist and Functional Movement Therapist with a strong background in sports performance and injury prevention. Since 2020, he has worked with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and professional sporting clubs including Western United FC and Collingwood AFLW.

He holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy, and advanced certifications in Functional Movement and Dry Needling. Currently studying Osteopathy, Marti continues to expand his evidence-based, holistic approach.

Marti blends hands-on therapy with exercise-based strategies to optimise recovery, enhance performance, and prevent injury. His treatments—spanning dry needling, cupping, and rehabilitation programming—are tailored to clients ranging from elite athletes and professional bodybuilders to everyday gym-goers

Irish Martinez

Sports Myotherapist | Performance Recovery

Irish is a passionate myotherapist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy and a strong background working with elite athletes and high performing individuals. With experience across private practice and professional sporting environments including the Melbourne Storm (NRL) and Auckland Football Club (A-League Mens), Irish brings a performance-driven approach to recovery and movement optimisation.

Known for her hands on skill, sharp clinical reasoning, and genuine passion for movement, Irish helps clients move better, recover faster, and train harder without pain holding them back. She believes that quality movement is the foundation of performance, and her sessions are designed to restore mobility, reduce tension, and enhance overall function so you can perform at your best, in and out of the gym.

Her interest also extends to lymphatic massage, supporting clients with fluid retention, inflammation, and muscle recovery — a treatment for clients looking to enhance circulation, reduce swelling, and promote post-training recovery.

Dr Eran Gerstein

Physiotherapist

Eran is a Melbourne-based physiotherapist with expertise in sports injury rehabilitation, movement biomechanics, and performance-focused physiotherapy. He holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree and has extensive experience helping active individuals and athletes return to sport stronger and more resilient. His clinical approach blends evidence-based rehab, strength-oriented movement analysis, and tailored programming to address both injury recovery and long-term performance goals.

Eran has worked closely with a number of community and competitive sports teams, including the Rebels junior academy in rugby union, Melbourne Unicorns rugby club, and National Premier Leagues (NPL) level soccer players, supporting injury management and athletic development.

 

His key clinical interests include knee and shoulder rehabilitation, biomechanical assessment and correction, and lifting technique optimisation, making him a strong fit for athletes and active clients seeking both pain resolution and enhanced performance.
