• RGNR8 RCVRY is an allied health clinic offering services such as physiotherapy, myotherapy, sports massage, rehabilitation, and recovery programs.

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

 

2. Membership Terms

• Membership Fees: Membership fees are billed weekly or monthly depending on your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where services are unable to be provided due to extenuating circumstances.

• No Complicated Contracts: There is no complicated contract to worry about! You can cancel your program with a simple 30-Day notice via email.

• Suspension: care programs can be temporarily suspended if needed. Please contact us for more details.

• Cancellation of care program: You may cancel your membership by providing a minimum of three months' notice via email. Any unused credit within that period will expire once your membership ends.

 

3. Care Program Benefits 

• Family and Loved One Benefits Athlete+: Care program benefits can be shared with your immediate family and loved ones. You can also share the membership price to look after their health and well-being. Any additional services required for you or your family members are available at an exclusive member rate.

• Discounts and Perks: As a member, you will receive a 10% discount off all services (excluding Allied Health services).

• Gift cards are available for purchase at your exclusive member rate.

• Any further services outside of your included credits will remain available at discounted rates.

 

4. Appointments and Booking

• Booking Appointments: Appointments can be made via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

• Credits for Services: Your membership includes a monthly account credit equivalent to a 1-hour massage with one of our fully qualified therapists. Weekend and Public Holiday surcharges may apply.

• Unused credits will be rolled over to the next month, depending on your plan type. Credits will not be carried forward past the next billing cycle.

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time will result in a forfeiture of your treatment/credit.

  • No-shows will also forfeit the session or credit.

• Arriving Late: If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your session to accommodate other clients.

 

5. Health and Safety

• Medical History: It’s important to provide us with accurate and up-to-date medical information, especially any injuries or conditions that may impact your treatment. This will help us tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

• Liability: RGNR8 RCVRY is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur outside the scope of our professional services. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

• Client Conduct: We ask that all clients respect our team and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or behaves inappropriately.

 

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal Information: We collect personal information to provide the best possible services and communicate effectively with you. Your data is protected according to our privacy policy, and we will never share your information without your consent unless required by law.

• Photos and Videos: We may take photos or videos for promotional purposes, but we will always ask for your consent before doing so.

 

7. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: Plan commences upon signing up to Direct Debit (or when a prepaid membership is purchased). Care program means a continual payment commitment taken monthly until a member provides notice of cancellation.

• Overdue Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel services until the outstanding balance is paid.

• All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and graphics, is owned by RGNR8 RCVRY and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.
